About Me

My name is Abby and I am a wife, and a Mum to two miracle boys aged 8 and 4. I run an online yarn shop and I hand dye knitting yarn from my home in West London. We have a dog called Pepper and a snake called Severus.

I learned to knit at the age of 5 and I haven’t really stopped since. I find it therapeutic and meditative and I usually have 2 or 3 (or 10!) projects on the go. I have taught many people to knit over the years, my youngest student was 5 and my eldest was 76. Anyone can learn at any time.

I am also a dōTERRA wellness advocate – which means I am passionate about essential oils and how you can use them in your every day life.

Far from being “just a nice smell” these oils can assist you in so many ways, physically, emotionally, and, if you want, financially.

With a simple and straightforward approach I can show you how essential oils can offer non-toxic, natural and sustainable solutions to life, including

  • washing  our hands, bodies, hair and teeth
  • cleaning our clothes, our kitchen & bathroom, and floors
  • support our immunity
  • help with headaches, colds and upset tummies
  • clean cuts bumps and scrapes
  • help with allergies, hayfever, insect bites, and stings
  • elevate and balance our moods, and help the whole family sleep deeply

All of this AND you get to reduce your plastic waste!

If you would like to know more then please get in touch or come to one of my workshops and learn how essential oils can help you stay sane in a crazy life.

PS as of March 2020 I am obviously not running workshops at my house. However, I will be starting an online knitting club and am looking to start online essential oil workshops in the coming weeks.
